On Friday of the event, San Bernardo partnered with the iconic Vicky Bakery to unveil a new version of the bakery’s famous guava and cheese pastry. The collaboration with the legendary South Florida establishment put a spotlighting on their shared Miami and Latin roots. San Bernardo served it’s refreshing Cactus Pearfection ice cream nestled in a decadent dark chocolate cup.
Tacos and Tequila, presented by Tequila Cazadores and hosted by Aarón Sánchez
Saturday greeted guests with Mini Churro Ice Cream Cones featuring six of San Bernardo’s premium Latin-inspired ice cream flavors. These bite-sized treats were ideal for mixing, mingling, and sampling—and quickly became a crowd favorite.

Asian Night Market, sponsored by Outfront Media and hosted by Andrew Zimmern, Jet Tila, and Aarti Sequeira
On Sunday guests indulged in two exquisitely crafted Asian-inspired dessert creations that captivated both the eye and the palate.
- Coconut Zen highlighted San Bernardo’s Loco4Coco ice cream complimented by a stand-out green matcha vanilla bean drizzle providing just the right balance of sweet and bitter
- Mango Moon featured San Bernardo Mango Fiesta ice cream served over sticky rice with a coconut milk syrup
While the Mango Moon dessert became an instant hit, it took a little longer to come to fruition. When a syrup-making pot failed on an induction stove, Senior VP Amandah Goldsmith took to her backyard grill, cooking 3,000 servings of syrup over an open flame. The result: rave reviews and one unforgettable dessert. A little culinary improvisation is nothing new to the San Bernardo family, never known to shy away from a challenge.
